Up-to-date financial instruments
Following their formal adoption by the Council of the EU on 20 February 2024, the amendments to the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) were published in the Official Journal of the EU on 8 March 2024, marking the end of the procedural journey, which first began in November 2021.
